At Reem Abdulghani, every piece is crafted with intention and care. Whether it’s a fashion item or an embroidered artwork, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, and 15 working days for sold out orders as each product is hand-finished with love.

• Domestic shipping (within Saudi Arabia): Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via trusted couriers.
• GCC & International shipping: Delivery time varies by destination but typically ranges from 7–14 business days.
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Made-to-order items

For custom or made-to-order pieces, production can take up to 30 working days. We will keep you updated every step of the way.

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.

Customized Orders

All customized and personalized orders are final sale and non-returnable. This includes any embroidered names, dates, personal messages, or made-for-you pieces.
